Construction: Timber & steel frame, brick veneer and polystyrene sheeting with acrylic render, western red cedar entry and garage doors, colorbond flat roofing

The form and functional adjacencies of the house was determined by the site characteristics – elevated location, sloping site and uninterrupted district views. The living areas flows into balconies, decks and the pool area through large openings and captures the panoramic view around. Large central void also connects the living areas internally.
